Meet the Experts Leading Your Next Project
Andrew Hayes
PMP, PROSCI, MBA, MOD
Andrew Hayes is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP®) from the Project Management Institute (PMI). He is also a certified Change Management Practitioner from PROSCI®. Andrew earned his Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration while attending the University of Akron on a full-academic scholarship. He also earned Master’s degrees (2) in Business Administration (MBA) and Organizational Development (MOD) from The Weatherhead School of Management at Case Western Reserve University. While at CWRU, Andrew studied under Entrepreneurship Titan – Richard “Gorilla” Osborne, where he was named “Best in Class.” He also earned a Certificate in Emotional Intelligence while studying under Organizational Behavior Guru, Richard Boyatzis.
Andrew has proudly served both the Public Sector and Private Industry over the last 20 years, by acting as a Trusted Advisor on Enterprise Strategic Planning, Business Process Optimization, Organizational Change Management and Enterprise Technology Replacement. Further, Andrew has experience establishing Project Management Organizations to lead programs/projects for organizations of all shapes & sizes across the following verticals by sector: Public (Government, Public Safety, Utility, Transit, Housing, Education, Health & Life Services); Private (Manufacturing, Financial Services); & Non-Profit.
